How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days total.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping may open in the future, so join the list to hear first.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. If you don't see it within 5 business days, check your spam folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need a change, email hello@doksha.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in production.
Sizing & fit
How does the fit run?
Our tees have a relaxed, oversized fit and run true to size. If you want a closer fit, size down. If you want it baggier, size up. Full measurements are on every product page.
Are your pieces unisex?
Yes. Everything is designed to be worn by anyone. Sizing is based on chest width and body length, so check the size chart on the product page.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Because pieces are made to order, return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Email hello@doksha.com with your order number to start a return.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email hello@doksha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Product & quality
Where are your products made?
Our garments are printed and shipped on demand in the United States. That keeps quality consistent and cuts waste by making pieces to order.
What is the fabric weight?
Our current tees are 6.1 oz, 100% ring-spun U.S. cotton with a garment-dyed finish. It's a premium weight, heavier than most fashion tees, built to hold its shape and soften over time.
Will the garment-dyed color fade?
Garment-dyed fabric has a naturally lived-in look. Wash cold and dry low to keep the color and texture. A little fading over time is normal and adds to the character.
